Whether you are a recent high school finisher or are looking for an exciting career change, a traineeship with Black Diamond Adventures will be a great way for you to get qualified in Outdoor Leadership while also gaining ‘hands-on’ experience learning from the amazing Black Diamond leaders and working with young people in the outdoors.

Black Diamond Adventures has a well established traineeship pathway which involves a 2 year commitment in which you will complete your Certificate 3 & 4 in Outdoor Leadership! Our trainee intake commences in January each year so be sure to contact us if you think outdoor education may be the career for you!
