Passion and integrity have driven our growth over the last decade. We are proud of the educators who make up the Black Diamond Adventures team — their impact on the lives of thousands of students speaks for itself.

We have observed what happens when providers expand beyond their capacity. Quality dilutes. Care becomes transactional. Safety systems are stretched thin.

Rather than scaling up to chase revenue, we are choosing to scale down – fiercely protecting the standard of our work by going deeper with just a few aligned schools.

Required Commitment

Becoming a Black Diamond Partner School is a commitment to excellence, care, and evolution. It is a commitment to an educational partnership unlike any other.

Partners need to commit to meaningful annual collaboration across multi-year engagements to secure the quality, continuity, and mentorship provided by our Partnership model.

In return, Partner Schools will receive programs of high value, deeply aligned with their culture and strategic direction.
